We collect basic identifiers (email and IP) for account management. Financial data contained in the PDFs you upload is processed solely for the requested conversion.
Pdfin applies a strict 30-day retention policy. Original files and extracted data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers automatically when this period expires.
We use top-tier providers to guarantee the service: Supabase (storage), Vercel (infrastructure and hosting), Google Generative AI (data extraction), and Dodo Payments (payments). Your data is not sold to third parties or used to train public AI models.
We implement technical measures through Supabase's infrastructure to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; use of the service is at your own risk.
You may request access, rectification or manual deletion of your personal data before the automatic deletion deadline by emailing support@pdfin.app.
