Pdfin is a recurring subscription service. You can cancel at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation prevents the next charge, but you will retain access to your benefits until the end of the paid period.
Due to AI processing costs, no refunds are issued once the user has processed at least one (1) document. If you made a purchase by mistake and have not used any credits, you have 48 hours to request a refund at support@pdfin.app.
Refunds will only be evaluated in cases of serious and persistent technical failures on the platform that prevent use of the paid service.
